Your story is amazing! What a dedicated mom! I can relate to putting in time and effort into breastfeeding. My daughter was born 3.5 months early and too weak to breastfeed. She took tube feedings and then bottle feedings from a special bottle while she was in the hospital. By the time she could potentially learn how to breastfeed she just couldnt get used to it. Since eating was too hard, she just wouldn't eat! Like many preemies, she didn't even cry when she was hungry. She just wouldn't eat. So I ended up pumping full time! I pumped and put it into her bottles. It was so much work! But I wanted the best for her and looking back I wouldn't change anything :)
