eating veggies

My daughter has always refused anything green. She was sick with a stomach bug after eating sweet potatoes (which were her fav) and won't eat them now. Her next fav was beets, then carrots but now those are out too. The only veggies she'll eat is tomatoes in the sauce on pasta and squash occaisionally.
Does anyone have a good way to sneak them into a diet?

Shredded carrots (VERY finely shredded) in everything.  My kids, hell my husband, don't even notice.

There was an article in the newest parents magazine that talked about hiding veggies. I would just continue to offer them, even untroduce new ones. Make it a game...let her pick. Or let her help cook them.

zucchini bread....WE just had some oven fried zucchini sticks last night for dinner, they were coated in panko breading and YUMMY!    Try spaghetti squash as spaghetti.  I can get my hubby and daughter to eat roasted broccoli and brussel sprouts on the grill, they have a very different taste than cooked the normal way, they also love asparagus this way too.

puree it and add it to things like pasta sauce and mac and cheese.  put it in soups, muffins.  make up creative names for them.  we call broccoli and cauliflower trees and clouds.  season them differently.
