Carseats are magical

My infant will not take a nap when we are not at home. Doesn't matter if he is so tired his eyes are watering. I can rock him, feed him, coddle him...all in vain. He can literally be thrashing in all directions fighting sleep, but for some reason I can just sit him in his carseat and turn the key in the ignition and voila! Fast asleep. Then, I have to leave him in the seat and carefully sneak him back in the house for the duration of his nap or he will go straight back into meltdown!

Thats a habit thats going to be a pain to break. :-/ Both my kiddos will fall asleep in the car and very rarely can we switch them to their beds. Lol

Does he go to sleep at night okay? If so, then I wouldn't worry about it. Go ahead and use the magical carseat. :-)

My dd fights naps and bed time. Car rides usually do the trick but she wakes up when we stop or take the carseat out!
