Little feet

My daughter is 13 months old and has been statisically behind on every milestone. I'm not really concerned as much as I am curious. So, here it is - She is in a 6-9 month sized shoe but is in the 90th     %ile in wieght and the 75th %ile in height. Do you think that might have something to do with why she sits down every time we take her hands and encourage her to take steps? She pulls herself up and moves along the furniture, but her feet are the size of my friend's 5 month old and I thought that might make her balance a little tricky.

Not sure. My mom is about 5'2"  and wears a girls size 3 or 4 shoe LOL. If her feet are going to be small, she will adjust - my mom did.
