I had the mirena put in 6 weeks after my son was born yesterday i was spotting and today there is nothing i really thought i was going to start my period since its already 2 weeks late is this normal for mirena users?

I never had a period in thr four years I was on mirena. You might spot on and off for a bit.

Mirena is supposed to stop or make your period very light. I'd say it's normal.

I agree i think this is normal. I never had one after i got mine put in. It has been 4 years now

i would go 3-4 months with nothing, then very light, Before it was in place normal for me was 5 days of heavy flow. I had mine removed at a bit over the 3 year mark, I started getting Insanely painful headaches and cramps I was worried about it going through the uterus. (it took me 2 years of trying to get pregnant after removal I was worried that it had rendered me infertile)

Im kinda worried due to the fact that my mom got pregnant twice on BC and my stomach has been bothering me alot and ive been super nauses

Yes I don't get my period anymore just occasional spotting.

well you could take a pregnancy test if you are worried

My problem is i dont produce enough hormones for the home ones to pick it up i didnt find out tell i was 4 months pregnant because they kept doing urine tests in the doc office to then i ended up in the hospital and they did a blood test for everything and found out
