Mom's doing the "no pooing"

For all you moms doing the no pooing, how do you do it?

I mean like do you mix the apple cider vinegar and baking soda in a water bottle shae it up and then pour over your head, then scrub? Or is there another method? I am seriously considering trying out this no pooing thing but I want to know how to go about doing it first.

What do you use to hide the vinegar smell? Do you use any other products on your hair? I work in a pool so my hair gets chlorinated every day, any advice? Still use conditioner? use leave in conditioner? Give me some details please.

thanks

that is a term for people that are no longer using shampoo to clean their hair. I think that it might be better for my chlorine damaged hair. Not to mention a lot cheaper

Baking soda and water in one bottle and shake it up and pour it on. ACV in another bottle and I use it just on the ends. You don't need to hide the smell cause it doesn't smell once it's rinsed out. No need for conditioner, that is what the ACV does.
