My apologies that this is super late but "Early Grey" and I are sitting here catching up on the weeks post and I came across this one.

I am new to parenting, I have two step daughters that have never played a sport in their life (outside of gym). I was in every sport under the sun growing up. I believe that playing a sport could teach them a lot of valuable lessons and would like to introduce them to something. But Idk how to get started. One has in the past shown a lot of interest in soccer, but when I approached the subject a few weeks ago, she said she hated it. Do I pick? Let them pick? I dont want to sign them up for something and then it be a wash.
