My little one is two and he has fallen and hit his head so many times!!  I mean BIG bumps on his head, last night he even got a little dot of blood from the hard hit, all kidding aside, should i have him wear a helmet...I'm seriously worried of the long term effects...slapping foreheadbanging head into wall

Watch his feet the next time he takes off walking. My dd is 22 months and is constantly falling too. I watched her walking and noticed shes pigeon toed, which causes her to trip alot.

My daughter used to lay down on the floor and hit her head on the floor. She used to do it so hard she had to go to the hospital twice with concusions. The only reason they didnt call social services was because she did it while we were in the er infront of the doctor cause she didnt want the light shined in her eyes. She has grown out of it thank god but the doctor said she would be fine and we wouldnt need a helmet. But talk to your doctor. Every kid is different.
