Yep. We've installed a new floor in the dining room and we installed a dishwasher in the kitchen and then framed it in with cabinetry and a countertop. We built a new deck on the front of the house and landscaped (twice). We also painted the kitchen and both kids' bedrooms. Coming up we have plans to lay new flooring in the rest of the house, build a deck on the back of the house, and completely gut and re-do the bathroom. I can't wait to re-do the bathroom!

Yeah, we've done a ton. We have fixed up all of the houses we have purchased.
