It's Coffee Break time! Hot Topic: "Surprises" in your food

Posted by   + Show Post

Welcome to the Mom to Mom's Tuesday Coffee Break!

Apparently sewing needles were found in 6 sandwiches of
4 Delta flights
from Amsterdam to the U.S.
*Story found here.*

1. Are you, at all, shocked by this?
2. How do you feel about eating meals while flying the friendly skies?
3. Do you think you'll order any meals while in flight?

And be sure to let us know what you would like us to serve you!!
Our snacks and beverages are needle-free. WE PROMISE!

Make sure you check out these posts!

We hope you have fun and enjoy your time with us!!

I have found stuff in other things, glass in baby food, hair and finger nails in order in foods, ect.

Eating anything anyone but me cooked worries me, even like family. But I usually eat it anyway, I can't remove myself from life in fear of removing my self from life, kwim?

Vanilla Coffee frapacinno please.

I'm a little surprised, I mean where did sewing needles come from? It's not like food and needles are made in the same place. Sound like sabotage too me. And I don't fly, but even if I did, I wouldn't order any food. I remember getting grey pancakes in my youth. Never again.

Thank You ever so much. That looks really good.  We did have a good time.  Thank You!!!

Quoting Cafe Beth:

Enjoy your tea and the pool!

And thank you. My day is going good. :)

Quoting justme_onlyme7:

Nothing surprises me anymore. No, I would not accept meals in flight.

A cup of ice tea would be good. Going to some friends in awhile and going in the pool.  That will be nice.  Having them as friends is even better.  :)

Hope your having a good day Cafe Beth.

I haven't been on a plane in years. I would probably still eat the meal. Just cut it up or run my silverware through it thoroughly.

I have never flown....sorry to hear about this....there is so much going on these days....seems as though we have to be extremely cautious about everything.
