I'm in a weight loss class that kind of goes against fitness pal but I track my weight on there and what I eat occasionally (more so for a friend of mine can compare what I eat to what she eats)

It's a website / I phone app that tracks what you eat and how much you exercise. Since I can't afford much gym wise I'm setting up my own program

I am prego right now so I mostly log because it encourages me to stay on my feet a bit longer (hard to do when you stand 40+H a week at work!) & to make sure I'm eating ENOUGH cals! I deliver in August tho so once I do I will be watching what I eat better & as soon as I'm cleared I will hit the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels! Last tome I did it I lost 12lbs in 4 week. I also ate very healthy tho! GL w all your weight loss goals!

Thank u! Gl with you too! I have been using an insanity knock off I got from Ross for four bucks and dropped five lbs in a week so I'm excited about how this is gonna go. I'm using it to make myself accountable for what I eat. Which as of late has just been terrible.
