3 yo is driving me crazy and 3 moth old won't nap. We got to stay here to make sure my mom has someone to help but damn! It's too hot to hang out in the backyard. I want to hit the pool soo bad. I hate feeling stuck so much.

Maybe get a sprinkler or kiddie pool for the backyard. My dd loved having a sprinkler.

I feel ya. It's so hot here that I won't let the kids out. Our AC is struggling just to keep it at 80*.

Take them out in the shade. A few minutes at a time isn't going to hurt them, as long as they're protected from the sun, with sun hats and sunscreen etc. Make sure you give them plenty of liquids, to keep them hydrated and they'll do fine for about a half hour at a time out there. Put the three month old in the crib awake, leave there for at least fifteen minutes, even if fussing. (As long as you know the baby is dry, and isn't hungry etc) There is no reason to worry about a few minutes of crying. It'll get less as the days go by, and the baby will know when it's time to nap. You are in charge, not the baby.
