I hope you can find something. Remember though, exercise is crutial for long term. Finding something you enjoy helps alot. I like group exercise ( Zumba, Spinning, HIIT, Pilates ).
Maybe you might need to change your lifestyle might need to change so you can succeed at this?

I will be doing this for myself after my son is born (I'm 36 weeks now!) so if you'd like to join me after that, I'm very organized and have a type-A personality so I can email you what I'm doing. It may work for you!

there are plenty of free sites out there, at the moment I don't have my cell phone but there are even free high rated apps. The experts say to eat every few hours and you really need to eat WHOLE foods. We have way too many processed foods out there and even the ones claiming to be healthy are NOT so healthy after all. Most are right it is a lifestyle change and if you are ready to make it then you will be able to do this. We as a family unit are in the process of making that lifestyle change! Good luck to you.
Within the last 4 weeks, I have downloaded the LiveStrong App ($2.99) or you can go to their website for free. I had no idea how many calories I consumed in a day/week/month. This App/Site allows you to track Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks, Exercise, and Water. At the end of every day, you can see Calories Consumed, Calories Burned, and Net Calories Consumed. If you are honest, you can actually see how much you consume in a day. It was quite surprising!! Also, check out http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm you enter your age, gender, weight, height and fitness level, it will tell you how many calories you should be consuming to maintain, lose weight or extreme weight loss. Also quite surprising! In my opinion, once you figure this out, you can design the types of foods/diet plans that you will actually follow. At the end of the day, it is all about what you take in minus what you burn off....just math!
