Possibly have gestational diabetes, 30 weeks pregnant...any advice?
I am 25, I was 115 before my pregnancy. I was just able to take the 1 hour test on Monday...here it is Wednesday and I missed a call from my doctor. She told me to call back and ask for her personally and when I did they just said they have to send her a message. Im waiting for her to call me back but that is the only test I have had since my last appt. I went in and had to see another doctor because about 2 months ago I started having what I thought was panic attacks since I am Bipolar and have severe anxiety that is going untreated currently due to the pregnancy. It starts with a shortness of breath that is so bad I feel like im going to pass out, than it is followed by extreme muscle weakness, lightheadedness, and a headach. It will last for a few mine and some times comes more often than others. I have had extreme fatigue in this pregnancy but I thought that was from my mental health problems along with lupus and fibromyalgia. The past month my vision is real real bad but I already wore glasses so I thought it was just the pregnancy. I also have the worst memory and cant focus on anything. Its like everything in my brain is a fog (which also comes from my other health issues) so i ignored them. They have gotten so bad tho that if is really affecting my life. I dont know if maybe it would be gestational diabetes but if so what can they do this late in the pregnancy? I would think that it would be to late to really do anything.
