So apparently, my 3yr old now sleep walks. Sunday ds comes out to the kitchen with one of his cars, opens the fridge puts the car, eats a strawberry and tells me he needs chocolate milk for work. Ok that was pretty random but whatever. Tonight he came into my room, asked if we could make cookies, took my water bottle and book off my nightstand and went back to bed. I guess I should start recording this for his doctor.

My DH sleep walks occasionally. Drives me nuts...lol! I'd definitely just bring it up to his dr.

This child has never slept well to begin with, but he never used to sleep walk either. As bad as this sounds, maybe this will be the tipping point. and we can get the child on sleep meds or a sleep study going or Ican get some help with sleep training.
