Mom to Mom Mom to Mom

Day 1 of Diet

Well, I hate to call it a diet but I am changing my ways! Starting to eat better, work out more and hopefully I will see results! I am loving the Lose It app more and more! Now, I do not go grocery shopping until Friday (pay day!) so I am making do with what we have here. Not all of it is perfect but I am well within my calorie range! So, heres todays meals! Tell me what ya think!

*Breakfast*:

1 egg and 2 egg whites

1 slice Fat Free American Cheese

1/4 cup Frozen, Cooked spinach

2 tablespoon sugar

2 cups water

1 package English Breakfast Tea

1 small apple


*Lunch*;

2 tablespoons Garlic Hummus

1 whole wheat sandwich skinny

3 slices lean turkey

1 cup peas

1 cup blueberries


*Dinner*:

4 oz lean boneless Pork Chop

1 small baked potato

1 tablespoon low fat butter

salt and pepper

2 cups vegetable medley

Water


*Snack*:

Cheddar Apple (consist of one small apple cut, 1 slice of fat free cheese and a little onion powder, broil until cheese melts and done, so good!)

Apple Cinnamon Rice Cakes (13 mini)

1 Diet Coke

1 Granola Bar (only if I am hungry after dinner)

 I hate dieting! I love goodies and food! I wish you good luck though sounds like a good plan :)
