I am really looking into buying a house and i am trying to get some tips and suggestions. I am looking at $60,000 . I have a full time job have about 5000 in cc. And 32,000 in student loans. Are my chances good to get a loan. I am stuck at this point

Yes, we own our home.

It really depends on your credit score & debt to income ratio.

97000 is alot of debt, I might try to lower some of your existing debt before adding even more to it. Good luck in whatever you choose to do.

We just bought a house. Get preapproved for a loan and go from there.

My student loans will always be there i will avoid those as long as I can.. I wish i could go back in time because i would of never went to school.. Such a waste... I am considering rent to own also. Not sure what one to do.

 We own ours. We are refinancing to lower our payment. Now is a great time to do it if you can while the market is down. Do you have good credit?
