mental pregnancy?

I feel PREGNANT. So unmistakeably, undoubtably pregnant. But, of course, several negative tests.
My belly is tender and I can't press on it or lay flat on it..I feel sick every morning..I can smell EVERYTHING..I pee all the time..I'm always hungry and craving the same things I did when I was pregnant with my daughter.
Am I convincing myself into having symptoms? Could breastfeeding hormones be making me feel pregnant? I thought I was just ovulating but now it's been 6 weeks I've felt this way.
Why!?

I think it's most definitely mental. If you are breast feeding I would say, yes that could play a factor.

The mind is an amazing thing.  There is actually a term for it in this situation, pseudocyesis. Here is an article of a woman who was not only induced but also had a C section before they realized she wasn't pregnant. If you want some piece of mind maybe request a HCG blood test.
