Took a HPT and got a very faint line that came up right away but did not darken. I can barely see it. What do you think?

Could be, or it could be an evap. Test again in a few days. :)

I agree. take another test, in a few days. Make sure that you use the first bathroom break of the day.
As the day goes on the less of the hormone that will state that you are pregnant will be found in the urine.
