We are looking into buying a new Vacuum, preferable one that is bag free, since those Vacuum Bags are kind of expensive, the Vacuum we have now is old and has broken down more than once and the hose part doesn't work..I don't want to buy a new Vacuum with not doing any research,so what is the best brand that does not require Bags and I am kinda looking for a decently priced Vacuum...Any help would be appreciated....

BUMP

we bought a vac recently but it's really just for sand and pet hair on hardwood floors.

Hoover bagless is a good one.

I would recommend a Dyson...yes they are more expensive but well worth the price. I would never buy any other kind now.

I'd stay away from Dyson.  Had one and it was terrible.  We have a shark now and it works great!

And the Shark was very reasonably priced!
