Just joined right now, but I'm thinking DH has to be the same everywhere. On other sites it meas Dear/Darling Husband- basically just referring to husband. MIL is usually mother in law, same applies for SIL (sister in law), etc. Can't think of anything else right now! Hope that helps
DH is dear husband, dd is dear daughter, DS is dear son. Just assume D in front of everything is dear. Welcome and good luck.
Hello, and welocome. DH stands for dear husband. DD, dear daughter. DS, dear son. etc.........
I never got it either. I just used the context to find out that the H is DH stands for husband
I found this resource. You can use it to find out what all of the terms mean
Hope this helps.
Welcome to CafeMom. Don't worry about it, asking and answering questions is what we are here for.
DH = dear husband, DF = dear fiance, DD = dear daughter, DS = dear son
You get the idea. SS and SD is step-son and step-daughter respectively. BM and BF are the birth mother and father. XH and STBX is the ex-husband and soon-to-be-ex. MIL, SIL, BIL, & FIL are the in-laws. IMO and JMO are stating a poster's opinion, and OP is an original poster to the board.
Hope that helps.
