Is someone contagious when they have the flu, or are sick? I know the flu can survive outside the body 3 days. My oldest and df has the flu. Teething to figure out when were in the all clear that my youngest won't have it. Df has been sick since last thursday and us still kinda sick, ds's fevers stopped yesterday and has been hyper all day yesterday and already today

I'm not sure. I would call your doctor's office and just ask to talk to a nurse. See what they say.

yes,  Yes, especially if they are running fever. Fever is a sign of  an infection which is contagious
