How Long Did Your First Labor Last?

How long was it from the time you knew you were in labor to the time your baby was out? and how long did you push for?

had contractions at 3 am. went to the hospital at 4 am... put me on iv at six. had him at 2:17 pm :) [and pushed for 30 minutes]

In labor 8 hours and took me 20 mins to push Spencer out.

 I was in labor for 11 hours both times. No idea how long I pushed though.

I was induced and in labor 14 hours. It took me 20 minutes to push him out.

First labor started on a Friday morning, Contrations were 10 minutes apart. Went to the dr. 2cm... Told me to go home. Labered all day Friday and Sat. Sat. night had my bloody show, contrations were closer and lasted longer. By midnight I was done. We went to L&D. Hooked me up and baby was not happy so I had oxygen. Had to lay on my side the whole time. It was scary.

Checked in 1:00 am Sunday morning. Delivered at 4:00pm. Long long labor. I pushed for over 2 hours and finaly had him vacumed out.

2 and 3rd babies super quick and easy.

My first child had me in labor for 36 hours. I remember it like it was yeserday. I had my second child in shorter amount of time like in a half hour. They love it when I tell them about the pain that I had to go thru for the oldest child. All I can say is that I never felt pain like that and I dont wish that on anyone.

14  hours  with my 1st son who is now 20. 2nd son  14 and my baby girl 2  1/2   both  were cesarean's.
