i heard/read that a mother took her 2/3 yr old son to get a real tattoo!!!

Is that true?? Did anybody else hear that? It was on twitter they showed a video. The mother was freaking laughing at him while the Baby was crying out of torture pain!!! I was pissed when i read this.! What would u say to this mother??

I don't see how any tattoo artist would do this. It is totally illegal, CYS & Police would be involved. I am sure it is some set up/video.

It wasn't in the US if I remember correctly. I didn't watch the video, but I wouldn't call it "taking him to get a tattoo". I'm pretty sure it was more like forced him to

As far as I understand, it wasn't in the US. While this may not be our norm, in some cultures and countries it is and sometimes considered a right of passage. Not that I agree with it. It just isn't my norm but it may be someone else's.
