9-11 months (I have 3)

They all started with avacodo after nursing and did great. It didn't change their sleeping,

My son always thought he was starving, so he had rice in his bottle at 2-3 months of age, it was thick and we had to adjust the nipple size of his bottle.  It worked for him, but this was 19 years ago and it's not recomended to do that now.  I started him with a spoon at around 5 months, maybe 4.  He still got his main nutrition from a bottle.  We started my daughter at around 4 months with veggies, but again, I didn't slow down with her bottles.  She was never a big eater, never would take a full 8oz of formula, so I didn't push the foods.  From what i've read that 6 months is a good age to start if you want to
