We recently gave 500 CafeMom members a free can of Old El Paso Refried Beans and asked them to serve them to their family. They then shared with us what they loved about Old El Paso Refried Beans and how they prepared their Old El Paso Refried Beans.
Here's what some of our moms had to say:
I made a layered dip with the beans, sour cream, salsa and cheese. - Stacie03
My kids liked the taste! And they liked dipping their tacos into them:) - dejavu17
Even my very picky daughters ate them! - Ladybugmama86
Now tell us, what is your favorite recipe using refried beans?

I make my own most the time. WE like to layer beans in our tacos and use them for dipping taquitos and chips.
I was one of those ladies that got picked for this and I used my refried beans in home made taco salads.
I make my own. But it's not something we eat often. When I throw a party I will make some as a dip for chips.
I put them in anything Mexican. Love it in rice! but I will use it as an easy dinner night, you know those nights when you have like 10 minutes to prepare dinner and you forgot to plan. I spread it on a tortilla sprinkle on cheese and whatever veggies the kids like, mostly peppers and tomatos and make a Quesidilla out of them mmmm... YUM! When I was preggos' with 1st DD I craved them and put them on anything. Grilled cheese sandwiches, Baked potatos, Chicken.... I know doesn't sound good now but when I was preggo I couldn't get enough!
Have not used them much....would try them in mexican like dishes/tacos/burritos
