A sock with rice in it, heated for about 5 mins (depends on the amount of rice in the sock) in the microwave feels great. Got me through the second half of my last pregnancy.
Use some Ben Gay on your back it will help.
I feel for you, hon. Try to soak in a warm (not hot) bath. It sounds like you are too sore for stretching to do you much good by this point, but doing some gentle stretches once you are feeling well enough can help keep those pains at bay. Hope you feel better. You don't have too long to go. It will all be worth it once you have that little one in your arms. :)
