Mom to Mom Mom to Mom
I was mopping my wood floors and couple hours later my back is killing me. I can't even stand straight up. I need help just getting out of bed. This has never happen before I'm 26 weeks and so ready to have baby.

A sock with rice in it, heated for about 5 mins (depends on the amount of rice in the sock) in the microwave feels great. Got me through the second half of my last pregnancy.

I feel for you, hon. Try to soak in a warm (not hot) bath. It sounds like you are too sore for stretching to do you much good by this point, but doing some gentle stretches once you are feeling well enough can help keep those pains at bay. Hope you feel better. You don't have too long to go. It will all be worth it once you have that little one in your arms. :)
