Mom to Mom Mom to Mom

I am shocked to see this in stores......( NEED TO SEE)

ok moms tell me what you think about this.

I was at Baby RUs buying toys for my son 8 months old and also for my niece and a couple was upset and debting about these new dolls for kids.

I didn't know that they are selling dolls with private parts? Would you buy this for your children?

I would have no problem buy this doll, it would be great and an easy way to explain the differences between boys and girls.

Where I'm from, babies go diaper less from time to time.

Quoting STVUstudent:

Sure, why not?  At this age, they KNOW there is a difference.  Hiding it makes it dirty and something to be ashamed of.  I WOULD remind my little mommy that baby should keep his/her diaper on, just like real babies...

Good point. Package design is creepy. Doll is fine.

I don't see an issue.  I'm not sure about the packaging though.

Nope I wouldn't buy it. My daughter knows as much as she needs to know at her age. She doesn't need a doll that spikes her interest in boys parts to ask more questions. She is going to be 3. As she grows she has plenty of time to ask questions.

Now if my son wanted a baby doll then yes I'd have no problem buying him a doll like that.

Like a 4 year old with a baby brother wouldn't see him in the tub or during a diaper change

Nudity is only a problem because society makes it one. Take the mystery away and maybe kids won't be so curious.

I see no problem. We have 2 dd's & are expecting a boy in July. They will learn eventually that boys & girls are different. No one has a problem with dolls that look like a girl.
