30 Day Squat Challenge!!

Thank you to all the ladies who stuck this out! This was a great challenge!!

Make sure you join our fitness group for the next ab challenge.


Starts today, 4-13, Good luck ladies and remember to check in and let us know how you're doing!



This is also a quick video of how to do a proper squat.

A more detailed video can be found on page 4.

Page 12 has an advanced workout video, 9 minutes long.

Page 19 has a video that addresses knee issues and doing a proper squat.

omg, im  SOO doing this!!!! do squats only help the butt? where do they target?

Im doing this already. On day two. I added planks and push ups. I love it!!!!

I'll bump it, plus as people report in that they did their squats it will move back up to the top.

day 1.. i did my 10 just now & i watched the video ( thanks for putting that in there) i HOPE i did it correctly.. i felt it in my back though but it was sore before.. it was THAT hard which worries me LOL bc i think im out of shape..

oooh thighs & butt & hips perfect! now i just need my muffin top LOL  im thin mostly but ds2 ( 14 mos) did a nice job letting my body know  he was in there LOL it did't come off like it did after ds1 =/ thanks!!

It will get easier =) Hopefully as you go along your back won't hurt as much.

I hope the back feeling it wasnt a sign i did it wrong. but other than that it wasnt hard.. oddly lol. thanks!
