30 Day Squat Challenge!!

Thank you to all the ladies who stuck this out! This was a great challenge!!

Starts today, 4-13, Good luck ladies and remember to check in and let us know how you're doing!



This is also a quick video of how to do a proper squat.

A more detailed video can be found on page 4.

Page 12 has an advanced workout video, 9 minutes long.

Page 19 has a video that addresses knee issues and doing a proper squat.

110 squats today! I'll be doing mine later. Just wanted to share my success so far... I'm finally under 150 lbs! Really happy about that, my diet and work-outs have been working. Now only 20lbs left lol. Hope every one else is seeing some progress too!

thanks! mine still look the same to me lol, but my BF did mention I looked skinner when I saw him over the weekend :-)

We all built up to the 50 squats so we have been doing this for around 3 weeks I think. My thigh look smaller and I've lost 13 pounds, with dieting.
