30 Day Squat Challenge!!

Thank you to all the ladies who stuck this out! This was a great challenge!!

Starts today, 4-13, Good luck ladies and remember to check in and let us know how you're doing!



This is also a quick video of how to do a proper squat.

A more detailed video can be found on page 4.

Page 12 has an advanced workout video, 9 minutes long.

Page 19 has a video that addresses knee issues and doing a proper squat.

So due to todays activities I REALLY don't want to do my squats. I was helping my friend paint the outside of her trailer so all day long I was up and down on the ladder, by time I got home my legs were soooo sore!!! I'm still gonna try to do them though.

Wow holy crap that was hard! Definitely looking forward to resting tomorrow! 110 squats after running up and down a ladder for 5 hours is hard! But I did it and I'm happier now that they are done. And as far as progress goes... I've lost an inch in a week from the fattest part of my thigh... so yes results are happening!!

It's what motivated me to do my squats last night even though I was worn out! Hope you're getting the results you want too
