30 Day Squat Challenge!!

Thank you to all the ladies who stuck this out! This was a great challenge!!

Make sure you join our fitness group for the next ab challenge.


Starts today, 4-13, Good luck ladies and remember to check in and let us know how you're doing!



This is also a quick video of how to do a proper squat.

A more detailed video can be found on page 4.

Page 12 has an advanced workout video, 9 minutes long.

Page 19 has a video that addresses knee issues and doing a proper squat.

idk if i see a difference.. its hard bc im only looking to lose a few & tone up but i did lose 2 lbs BUT  that was when i was not feeling good for a few days  & i wasnt eating.. BUT oddly i havent gained it back & im eating now for a while so maybe i lost it from   being sick but kept it off from  working out? bc trust me im NOT dieting. i DO notice i can do more squats easier.. 20 used to be hard then 50 was hard 20 was easy..  & so on..  same with other exercises.. 130 today was hard but i did the 1st 40 straight  then broke it down with little pauses..  i used to not be able to go more than 20 or 10! so i guess its working! maybe i can do 250 wow!!

thanks!!! i wobble my way over to the computer to post it everytime. i get excited to get to tell you guys.. i admit it its great to have  us together  " waiting" to report in in  a way.. im like  i have to do this!!!!  they'll see i didnt post!!!! LOL

2 pounds is great! Yep I noticed at 40 I have to shake it out then I do 20 more and stand for a second, then keep going. But I'm surprised that I can actually do it.

REST today.. it helps prepare the muscles i think it burned but it wasnt any harder that each other time you  do more.. you always think  we cnat do more but each time.. its  the same.. that last 10 or so burn but they all do!! LOL you'll do great!!!  i can def feel my legs feel harder when i flex them but idk if they are unless i flex them lol.. i told my dh i want a butt like a pornstar LMAO!!!!!!! ( not that i wnat to BE one lol)

yes!! i try to get to an even 50 but i cant yet... 40 seems to be too much of a burn at 1st.. so i stop then  i actually keep a pen & paper near me so i can just  write 40.. then i do  20 more write 20 then move on  bc i tend to lose track LOL i cnat belive i can do it either that 1st week NO WAY id think i could do 40 straight or even 20! lol

hahaha, i check too! i once posted where is everyone???? lol its good to be on eachother sometimes.. i love it. if i was all alone in it idk if id be as hard on myself.. well maybe im stubborn but it def helps.
