My 15 mth old is usually very sweet and loving. But recently when he doesn't get what he wants, he resorts to physical. He will hit, bite and scratch. I try telling him no, putting him down, or redirecting him. But he keeps doing it. Help! What else can I do to get him to stop??

Bite him back. He will get the hint.

Just remember that he's only 15 months so it will take  a while for him to learn. Main thing is pick what you are going to do about it and do the same thing every time he does it. Be consistant and patient, and in time he will learn not to do it.

Well, i havent had a problem with my kiddos with that but here is what i have heard my friends do. Since he is still young, when he does it, Act like it hurts you real bad and tell him that it hurts or ouch real loud. Just try to get his attention with it several times. Worked for them. Do not ever bite the kid back. It will teach him nothing but only gives him the ok to do it when another child does it to him someday when he needs to turn that kid in.Its nasty and unsanitary.
