Alright. So we all know that feeling when you are a few months post
partum and you haven't exactly lost all the weight you thought you
would, am I right?
Well, here I am. I am not completely
uncomfortable with my body, but I miss being slim. Not just because of
the materialistic portion of the idea, but because it was so much easier
to get my body moving. I miss being in shape, being able to run, and
keep up with things. But getting back to where I was, I remember, would
take a long time and a lot of training if I did it the way I previously started.
I have taken to trying to start exercising at home, but there is only so much I can do with my infant in tow. I am finding that the things I can do at home take a lot of time to have an effect on my body and I really want to push myself back into my strength.
So I am wondering if any moms have tried P90x and had a good experience with it? If you followed the nutrition guide and was it easy to find the motivation to continue?
