It's getting hot out. So I went to turn my

 central air on, and it didn't come on at all! It's like it is dead. It's not very old. The man that put it in and is reasonable takes his good old time coming out. He works alone and is always super busy. I'm not a happy camper. :(

I had to double check and make sure I didn't type this! My hubby was an hvac tech but switched to commercial refrigeration 3 years ago. Now he does both.

If the fan doesn't even come on hubby says it's probably fuses. Is it a package unit or split?
