Question about my suddenly bigger boobs (I'm not pregnant)

I've been a DD since my son was born in 2010, and about a month ago, my half-size-too-big bra fit! Since then, my back has started hurting.

We have a shitty, tiny sized bed that we've been using for over a year, and I didn't have back pain until recently, after my boobs randomly grew. Do you think it's the bed, or my boobs??? Or both?

Depends on where your back pain is.  If it's the upper back, then probably your boobs.  Mattresses are only good for so long and should be replaced every few years or so.  Is your bed old?  I'd try flipping the mattress and maybe sleeping with a bra on or with a pillow under your boobs to see if it helps.

 Could be both.

Both, sleeping with a bra on helps a lot or at least it does for me. I have D/DD/E. Easy way to tell if it's your boobs is during the day see if you hunch over more from the weight of your chest. If you do, even a little bit it throws your back out.
