Does Medicaid assist w child care or day care costs? I'm honestly not comfortable putting my LO IN daycare but I have a feeling if my mom watches him...wat if she can't one day and if I get a job..we could use the extra money. We need to move out of this crappy apartment..idk...

Medicaid does not but DES does.

Yup, there's usually a low-cost child care program through DSS. I used it for a year shortly after my son was born 13 years ago. They gave me lists and references of local providers and he had a sweetheart of a sitter :)

Medicaid does not but if you have it you should have a caseworker. Call them and see if its something you are eligible for.

What everyone else said. Good luck in whatever you choose to do.
