I would not have had my first two sons circumcised.
Less work; more play.
When I look back, I see that I didn't need to work as much as I did and I wish I would have just spent that time with my children. Now they're almost grown and I can't get that time back!
there's lots I would have changed ; most of it within the past 4 years. I wish I would not have listened to all those people when I got divorced and not have focused so much on DD and not spoil her as much, I should have stuck to rules more and been more strict. Today I've created quite the little monster ! Can't wait for the teenage years to kick in, they should be a joy ... snort!
I wish I had not circumcised my son. I didn't know any better at the time. Seems barbaric, silly and sad now. I'm glad circumcision is on it's way out of American culture.

I can't think of anything I would change.
I'd let him go to the family daycare sooner so it wouldn't be such a sudden change. I wouldn't give him cow's milk after BFing. I'd get him into his own bed sooner.
