I have never switched lotion because of pregnancy.

I would research baby lotion and whatever you plan on using on baby use for yourself. Burt's bees and California baby have really good reviews,

Good luck

Every lotion is safe. Every thing is safe. For my belly i used Palmers cocoa stretch mark lotion. Alot of people will say that it doesn't work. But alot of people also don't use it right. I used it morning and night with both of my pregnancies every singe day. Don't skip a day. Im don't have any belly fat so my skin is thin and would be very prone to stretch marks. Do i have a single stretch mark? Nope! Not me! For my body i use St. Ives lotion. Very moisturizing. ive tried using baby lotion on my self and it just doesnt moisterize my skin enough. But it works great for babies because its gentle
