I can't really tell from the video. Can you bring it in to show to your pediatrician.

I'm not sure, little ones some times zone out and look at things that we don't see. I would say if it continues, bring it up to your doctor. Show them the video.

Zoning out is one thing, but he will stop whatevers doing and stare blankly, becomeing non responsive for sometimes up to 30 seconds. This has been going on for about two months now.

Since it's been going on for so long already I would show the video to his doctor. Good luck, hope it's nothing serious.

Yes, I think I'd be concerned. If it were me, I'd show the video to the doctor, just for my own peace of mind if nothing else.
