I usually feed dd but wait until dh is home to eat. Unless of course he's going to be really late..

Yeah, I don't think he'll mind either. He usually kisses my butt when he goes out after work. I guess he thinks I'm mad but I never am. Unless he comes home drunk I HATE that. He's either really annoying or rude & I just ignore him & go to bed.

It's a rare occasion that he does. Thank God!!

(Sorry random venting moment)

I don't know about your dh, but when my dh says he'll be home soon, it usually means "who knows when he'll actually be home especially when he's out with friends.

I'd say go ahead and eat! He's a big boy he can fix himself a bowl when he gets home.

Thanks for the dinner idea lol! As for DH being late, I eat with the kids and stick his in the oven or microwave (not turned on, just to elk rep it away from flies ect) if he's going to be like an hour, any later and it goes in the fridge

Lately it seems like we only get to eat dinner maybe 2 nights a week. I am usually working until 8-9pm. Way to late to be eating dinner. =)

It depends on how late he is. DH didn't get home until after 11 the other night and we had to eat without him.

I have no issue eating without hubby. lol My hubby knows how to use the microwave. It's no big deal.

Usually we wait for my dh to get home from work but if he's working overtime and we're hungry, we eat.
