My one month old has been having a really bad reaction on her face and I think its the baby wipes. But can baby wipes cause a reaction on her face and not her butt?

Yes they can, there are tons of chemicals. One of the reasons we switched to cloth diapers and wipes.

Definitely talk to her doctor about it. Hope you get it figured out!

Definitely. Talk to your child's doctor. And definitely change to either cloth wipes or sensitive wipes, if you haven't already.

They do make them for sensitive skin. I would try them.

Even a change in brands.

Yes they can. Change brands and talk with the Dr as well about it.

Just use a damp wash cloth with just water on her face.
