My daughter got her daddys genes. She is only 14months old and already almost as tall as my 4 year old son (her father stands just over 6'5) She also got his feet. They are the cutest little things, but IMPOSSIBLE to find shoes for!!! Length wise shes only about a size 4 barely a 5, but width wise,  6.

I know they make wide shoes but where can i buy ones that dont cost a fortune?? Any mamas with wide fett babies help me!!

I just bought her the cutest shoes the other day and will probably never get to wear them. I dont want to spend much because shes growing like a weed.

I always found a decent pair at payless. They have more of a variety in wide than anywhere else I've looked.

I agree with payless. We've tried boy shoes too. They seemed wider than girls.

I've pretty much only trusted Stride Rite. I know. Monopoly. But they are good shoes and I don't want to risk buying shoes that aren't supportive enough.

If you can be diligent to check sales, you can often get really great shoes for $20 or less... and if you are a rewards member you eventually earn gift cards.
