Did she offer to pay or is she expecting it to be a favor? I honestly don't know the going rate. BUMP

15-20 a day seems fair.  That's what I paid for in home childcare.

If she offer to pay you $10:00 or more if you want to be a nice do only $5:00 or less I was a mother helper and I know the rate has gone up alto more. If she thinks you will do this for a favor for her she might do the same for you too that will save alto of money for the both of you

We paid $25 a day at a daycare that was open from 6am to 6pm... based off that, $20 seems high.

However. I would NEVER do this for less. :)

(I could never do in home daycare...)

I would normally pay about $20-$25 a day for that.
Will she be supplying the child with lunch or do you have to?
