I'm so naseas I can't sleep. This is my 3RD and I've never felt so nauseated. Crackers don't help.

Try a nutrition drink in the morning. I used to drink Boost. They taste like a chocolate shake and they are perfectly safe when your pregnant.

Ginger or ginger root. Chewing or sucking on ginger usually helps out a lot.

Ginger beer (I got mine at the natural food store. Don't be afraid of the price. You only want to take a sip.), peppermint works from some, sea bands, chewing gum for some.
