moms that lose their child for no reason

I know a woman that lost her daughter for no reason, the childs father was an alcholic so the woman left. And just because his mom works at famliy court and has pull they are taking their side!!! Does anyone else find this unfair?

Yea but women feel different about some human they carried for 9 months and then go through all that pain. For someone to tell you that you cant see your child for 2weeks at a time

Giving birth does not automatically make you a better parent, or mean that you love your child more than anyone else.

That said, usually, a court will award primary custody to the mother. 

When it does not, there is usually a pretty good reason.

In your case, since the child was taken away from you completely, there HAS to be a LOT more to this than you are are currenty sharing.

Not knowing what is really going on in this instance, I would recomend getting a lawyer, and, possibly, going back to court.

of course it's unfair and she should try to appeal but court just like cops have the blue code ... they protect each other and do each other favors no matter what, and whether it's right or wrong.
