Sorry mama! First trimester exhaustion is miserable!!! 

Are you able to grab a nap during the day?

Congrats on your LO, but yes, that first trimester can be tough... Hang in there! Any chance you can put the youngest down for a nap and have the other two take "quiet time" with books/coloring while you grab some rest in the middle of the day?
