Homemade shortbread, hands down.

The only kind of cookie I actually make anymore.

we always make sugar cookies together - it's a tradition

and every year we make a new type of cookie !  not sure what it'll be this year I have stacks of food network magazines to chose a recipe from !

I make 13 different kinds for xmas....everyone has a favorite.

I love butterballs (super similar to mexican wedding or teacakes) and gingerbread men.  Dh loves hershey kiss cookies (peanut butter topped with chocolate) and magic cookie bars.  Dd loves chocolate crinkles and pistachio pinwheels.

Gingerbread, sugar, and chocolate chip. My 15 year old is a weirdo because he likes oatmeal raisin.
