Did you know? I didn't!

I was checking out Walmart's site in an attempt to see what their weekly food sales are.  No luck, but I did stumble across an entire section of the site dedicated to printable recipes that rock!  No fancy schmancy stuff, just normal recipes that are semi-quick, semi-healthy and did I mention... printable?

I will be making myself a cookbook to jumpstart my menu planning endeavor.  And this one, I will be making tonight:

Great Value Mexican Lasagna Pie

Great Value Mexican Lasagna Pie

Average 3.5 out of 5

Ingredients

1 Great Value™ Nonstick Cooking Spray,
1 lb. ground beef,
1 Pkg. Great Value™ Taco Seasoning, (1.25-oz.)
3/4 Cups water,
1 Jar Great Value® Salsa Con Queso, (15.5-oz.)
6 Great Value™ 8-inch Flour Tortillas,
1 Pkg. Great Value Finely Shredded Fiesta Blend, (8 oz.)
1 carton Great Value® Sour Cream, (8 oz.)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray 9-inch deep pie plate or 10-inch pie plate with cooking spray. Set aside. In large skillet, cook ground beef until brown.
Drain fat. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes. Stir in salsa con queso. Remove from heat.
Spread about ½ cup meat mixture in pie plate. Top with 1 tortilla, lightly pressing down. Top with ½ cup meat mixture and 1/3 cup cheese.
Top with another tortilla, pressing down lightly. Continue layering, ending with a tortilla. Top with remaining cheese.
Place pie plate on baking sheet. Bake, uncovered, 40 to 45 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve with sour cream.

You can bet I will be hiding some tomatoes and olives in there somewhere too.
