I need help with 2 carpet stains...

My daughter spilled cranberry juice. I got it up right away, but there is still a little stain. Also I have a couple stains that have been on the carpet for a while and I have no idea what they are or how to get them out. I know one of the was from one of those hand warmers breaking open, so basically black sand. I tried vacumming, using soap and water. No idea what to do. Since this is a cleaning group, any ideas?

Stain spray for laundry.  Also hydrogen peroxide.

I haven't tried this yet but, I'm going to this weekend. We have a pink stain on our carpet and everything I have tried hasn't worked. I hope this does.
